Dipankar Sen Gupta, Principal Consultant

Dipankar Sengupta is a well-known name for creating and managing result-oriented delivery teams, managing large and complex engagements for customers in various countries – specially in Asia Pacific region. He has more than 29 years of experience in large IT software and services organizations. He started his career as software developer way back in 1981 and took up many senior roles in technical and managerial positions.

In a short span of time, she has  established herself as an highly successful consultant and trainer.

   AKM Desai, Senior Consultant __________________________________________________________________________

 

Anil KM Desai heads the USA office of QualityMentors.  He is a certified CSQA, Six Sigma Green Belt and trained & highly experienced ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 Internal Auditor. Anil brings in 32 years of industry experience in Software Quality Assurance and IT after sales support functions. He has worked for several premier organizations in India and has assisted organizations such as PCL and Headstrong Services Limited in improving their process maturity, and compliance. During his long tenure in the IT industry, he has gained vast experience in SQA support activities, hardware maintenance support and continual process improvement.

 

Anil has been a successful team worker, Manager and effective communicator, able to secure buy-in from project teams. He has excellent interpresonal skills for building relationshps at all organizational levels. Anil has extensive knowledge in the areas of project health monitoring, ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001, Software CMM® & CMMI® models. As VP-Quality of Velocis, he successfully led the organization toachieve ISO 9001, ISO 20001  & ISO 27001 certifications and got their Dubai office approved as secured software maintenance partner of a large multinational bank.

Shikha Bahadur, Training Manager


 
         Shikha is responsible for the training activities of Quality Mentors.

The training courses are conceptualized, drafted and coordinated by her in consultation with Ribhu. Shikha is strong in software quality concepts and project lifecycles. She has extensively worked on process improvement models and standards like CMMI®-Dev (versions 1.3 & 1.2), ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Six sigma, TQM and on various Quality Tools and Techniques. She is a trained internal Auditor. Her intelligence and hardworking qualities coupled with her pleasant manners have consistently ensured success in all her past endeavours. She is on our panel of trainers after being a successful trainer in her last organization. Shikha has also been providing expert SQA support to projects using Agile and other SDLCs. She successfully established ISO and CMMI® compliant QMS in some of the organizations aimed at achieving their business objectives.

Shikha is a Master of Total Quality Management (MTQM) and a CSQA.
