Dipankar Sengupta is a well-known name for creating and managing result-oriented delivery teams, managing large and complex engagements for customers in various countries – specially in Asia Pacific region. He has more than 27 years of experience in large IT software and services organizations. He started his career as software developer way back in 1981 and took up many senior roles in technical and managerial positions.
Dipankar’s core expertise lies in project, program and portfolio management of customers with diversified needs. He has led sizable delivery teams both in India and abroad. Dipankar has managed projects for industry segments like mining, retail, telecom, insurance, government & railways and delivered results under most challenging conditions. He has driven ISO 9001 and CMM/ CMMI initiatives and maintained ongoing continual improvements.
Focusing on ongoing Customer satisfaction and Employee satisfaction has consistently been Dipankar’s style of management. He has also driven KRAs around customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profitability.
Dipankar, himself a six sigma green belt, has always believed in the power of metrics driven decision making. This belief of Dipankar becomes evident during his delivery of Six Sigma Trainings.
He has worked in different parts of the world and has always related quality with business benefits. He has been receiving accolades from client organizations like IBM, Oil India, Coal India, Singapore Building Construction Authority, Canada Saville Systems.

In his last job with a leading Telecom software and services company, Dipankar served as Customer Delivery Head and was responsible for implementing Knowledge management system in addition to delivery management responsibilities. Dipankar will focus on conducting project audit and imparting training on project management and quality processes as independent Principal Consultant.

Anil is very well-informed across wide range of subjects and industry domains and hence very effective in aligning business objectives, regulatory imperatives and software process architectures while being sensitive to organizational and stakeholder concerns and needs. He has a solid technical knowledge through experience and professional education. Anil was awarded Certified Software Quality Analyst designation from the board of Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in Florida, USA.
While in PCL, he was responsible for implementing ISO 9000 across 61 locations of the company across India. As a Internal Auditor, he has conducted more than 34 ISO 9000 audits. He was mainly responsible for improving after sales support activities in Northern India and generating revenue for the organisations. He has always met the revenue target set for the year and has achieved more than 95% customer satisfaction.
Anil is currently providing ISO 90001:2008 and CMMI-Dev based consultancy services to software houses.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications.
